Lyndon shares the vision of Manta’s Head Chef, Daniel Hughes, for matching food and wine in that perfect marriage.
The Manta Wine List includes Lyndon’s selection of current and aged wines, from well known favourites to obscure boutique choices – resulting in a selection that perfectly complements Manta’s cuisine.
